Terms of Service


1. Booking Procedures

To make a reservation for an experience, the user must fill out the associated form available on the dedicated activity page. Submitting the form constitutes a reservation request, subject to our subsequent confirmation. Only after our confirmation can the event be considered officially booked. In case of rejection of the reservation:

  • We will refund the entire amount paid;

  • We will offer a credit that can be used for future bookings; or

  • We will propose alternative solutions, according to the user’s choice.

The activity provider is the sole owner and responsible for the activity itself. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will provide the provider's details. The provider has full responsibility and decision-making authority over the experience, including:

  • Confirmation or rejection of the request;

  • Cancellation of the event;

  • Refusal of a user's participation for justified reasons.

  • All events occurring during the execution or because of the same.

The provider is responsible for any event or fact related to the experience. The user must provide accurate and complete information to the provider, both before and during the experience, in order to enhance the quality of service and minimize any risks.



2. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • Use the service in accordance with current laws;

  • Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes;

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in the reservation forms;

  • Not engage in behavior that could endanger their own or others' safety during the event;

  • Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the experience provider.



3. Liability for Events

Our liability is limited to:

  • Offering experiences;

  • Facilitating the booking of the same.

All decisions and events occurring during the experiences are the sole responsibility of the providers.


3.1 Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for:

  • The truthfulness of the information provided by the providers;

  • The quality, safety, or legality of the organized events;

  • Any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from participation in the events;

  • Cancelations, changes, or issues in managing the events.

The activity provider is solely responsible for any event occurring during or because of the experience.


3.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or issues related to an experience must be resolved directly with the responsible provider. We will provide the provider's contact details when possible, but we will not intervene in disputes between participants and organizers.



4. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service without notice.



5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment of publication on the site. We encourage you to periodically check this page for any updates.
