Hours: Mon–Fri 11:00–19:00; closed on Wednesdays (open every day in August).

Access only when accompanied by staff; quiet environment: low tone of voice, no photos/videos, no phones in the wellness area.

Reservations: treatments and entries can be cancelled by 20:00 on the previous day; after this deadline, the full amount is due.

The center is not responsible for unattended items.

It is mandatory to wear a swimsuit, slippers, and a swim cap (the facility provides the kit when included).

Health: always report pregnancy, menstruation, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgeries, or allergies. Sauna and steam bath are not recommended in these cases.

Shower mandatory before the experience.

Minors: entry for 16 to 18-year-olds only if accompanied; 10–15-year-olds only with an adult and without sauna/steam bath, and upon prior reservation; under 10 years not admitted.
