Access only when accompanied by staff; quiet environment: low voice tone, no photos/videos, no phones in the wellness area.

Booking at least 7 days in advance. Cancellation policy: by 8:00 PM of the previous day.

Minors are not allowed.

The center is not responsible for left-unattended items.

It is mandatory to wear a swimsuit, slippers, and a swim cap (the facility provides the kit when scheduled).

Health: always report pregnancy, menstruation, cardiovascular diseases, or recent surgeries. Sauna and steam bath are not recommended in these cases.

Shower mandatory before the experience.
