What will you do
A scenic hike on the Costa Viola along the Tracciolino, among woodland, views over the Strait, and glimpses opening out as far as the Aeolian Islands. A loop trail that alternates descents through the greenery, slow climbs, and increasingly wide views of the sea and migratory routes.
Start experience
Departure between Palmi and the Paradiso area with entry onto the Tracciolino trail. The first part crosses the woods with an immersive descent that gradually reveals views of the coast.
Key moment
A gradual ascent along the slope with open views over the Strait and the coves below. The route leads to the panoramic area with views of the Bagnara bridge and the coastal lines of the Costa Viola, amid intense light and changing landscapes.
Return
Closing the loop through the Piani della Corona and returning to the starting point. In the final stretch, especially at sunset, the route becomes a natural lookout for birdwatching and for reading migratory routes, in a landscape suspended between land and sea.
