Location: selected crags in the Lamezia area; meeting point will be communicated in the confirmation.

Levels: basic (introduction + first routes) / advanced (more challenging routes); top-rope only unless otherwise indicated by the instructor.

Age: from 12 years and up (minors must be accompanied).

Weather: activity subject to weather conditions/rock humidity; rescheduling is possible.

Accessibility: good balance and mobility on uneven terrain required.

Languages: Italian (English upon request).

Extras: photos/videos (upon request)

Any psychological or physical issues (e.g. generic: vertigo, heart disease, asthma, phobias, etc.) must be reported in advance. It will be the host's responsibility to verify feasibility for individual routes.

If you have climbing shoes and chalk, bring your own.

It is mandatory to follow the safety briefing and instructions; helmet must always be worn under the wall.
