A sport climbing experience on the cliffs of the Lamezia area, ideal for those who want to get closer to the discipline or improve technique and movement awareness.
Start experience
Initial briefing with an introduction to safety rules, equipment handling, and the correct use of ropes. The guide assesses the group's level and organizes the progression of the routes.
Key moment
Climbing session on routes selected according to participants’ level, always with top-rope belaying. During the activity, climbing moments alternate with technical coaching on posture, foot placements, body balance and grip management, with attention to safety and individual pace.
Return
Conclusion of the activity with technical feedback and a final discussion with the guide. Possibility of carrying out individual lessons or in small groups for a more personalized learning path.
