Discover the cliffs of Stilo, one of the symbolic spots for sport climbing in Calabria. The outing is modulable: easy routes for beginners and more technical paths for those who want to challenge themselves.
After a safety briefing, we work on progression, balance, footwork, and grips, always with top-roping and professional management of the maneuvers.

Trekking shoes
Light windproof/rainproof
It is mandatory to follow the briefing and safety instructions; helmet must always be worn under the wall.
Report relevant medical conditions and material allergies.
If safety regulations are not followed, the instructor can stop the activity.

Location: selected cliffs in the area of Stilo; meeting point communicated in confirmation.
Levels: beginner (introduction + first routes) / advanced (more challenging routes); only top-rope unless otherwise instructed.
Age: from 12 years old upwards (minors accompanied).
Weather: activity subject to weather conditions/rock humidity; possible rescheduling.
Accessibility: good balance and mobility on uneven terrain required.
Languages: Italian (English on request).
Extras: photos/videos (on request)
Any psychological or physical issues (e.g. general: dizziness, heart conditions, asthma, phobias, etc.) must be reported in advance. The host will verify feasibility for individual paths.
If you have climbing shoes and chalk, please bring your own.
