A sport climbing experience at the cliffs of Stilo, one of the reference points for climbing in Calabria, with routes suitable for different levels.
Start experience
Initial briefing with instructions on safety, equipment, and maneuver management. The guide organizes the activities based on the participants' level.
Key moment
Climbing session on routes of varying difficulty: from the most accessible lines for beginners to more technical routes for those who want to challenge themselves. The focus is on balance, progression, foot placement, and reading holds, always with top-rope belaying and constant supervision. Personalized lessons are available to further develop technique and the mental aspects of climbing.
Return
Conclusion of the activity with final feedback and discussion with the guide. An experience that combines learning, nature and adrenaline in complete safety.

Comfortable technical clothing
Water (min. 1–1.5 L)
Trekking shoes
Light windproof/rainproof
It is mandatory to follow the briefing and safety instructions; helmet must always be worn under the wall.
Report relevant medical conditions and material allergies.
If safety regulations are not followed, the instructor can stop the activity.
Location: selected cliffs in the area of Stilo; meeting point communicated in confirmation.
Levels: beginner (introduction + first routes) / advanced (more challenging routes); only top-rope unless otherwise instructed.
Age: from 12 years old upwards (minors accompanied).
Weather: activity subject to weather conditions/rock humidity; possible rescheduling.
Accessibility: good balance and mobility on uneven terrain required.
Languages: Italian (English on request).
Extras: photos/videos (on request)
Any psychological or physical issues (e.g. general: dizziness, heart conditions, asthma, phobias, etc.) must be reported in advance. The host will verify feasibility for individual paths.
