Between the sea and the Aspromonte mountains, Palizzi offers authentic and scenic walls.
After an introduction to equipment and safety, you will work on basic techniques (positioning, balance, breathing) or advanced aspects (line reading, resting management, re-entries).
The pristine environment, the variability of the routes, and the continuous support of the instructors ensure an intense and safe experience, suitable for both beginners and experienced climbers.

Location: selected cliffs in the Palizzi area; meeting point communicated upon confirmation.
Levels: basic (introduction + first routes) / advanced (more challenging routes); top-rope only unless stated otherwise by the instructor.
Age: from 12 years old and up (minors must be accompanied).
Weather: activities subject to weather conditions/rock humidity; rescheduling possible.
Accessibility: good balance and mobility on uneven terrain are necessary.
Languages: Italian (English available upon request).
Extras: photos/videos (upon request)
Any psychophysical issues (e.g. general: dizziness, heart conditions, asthma, phobias, etc.) must be reported in advance. It will be up to the host to verify the feasibility for the individual routes.
If you have climbing shoes and chalk, bring your own.
