Session on natural rock faces with personalized technical progression: for beginners, work focuses on balance, positioning, and breathing; for more experienced climbers, on route reading, belay management, and re-anchoring techniques. The varied, untouched environment offers an immersive and dynamic experience, always supervised by instructors.

Location: selected cliffs in the Palizzi area; meeting point communicated upon confirmation.
Levels: basic (introduction + first routes) / advanced (more challenging routes); top-rope only unless stated otherwise by the instructor.
Age: from 12 years old and up (minors must be accompanied).
Weather: activities subject to weather conditions/rock humidity; rescheduling possible.
Accessibility: good balance and mobility on uneven terrain are necessary.
Languages: Italian (English available upon request).
Extras: photos/videos (upon request)
Any psychophysical issues (e.g. general: dizziness, heart conditions, asthma, phobias, etc.) must be reported in advance. It will be up to the host to verify the feasibility for the individual routes.
If you have climbing shoes and chalk, bring your own.
