Location: selected crags in the Palizzi area; meeting point will be communicated in the confirmation.

Levels: basic (introduction + first routes) / advanced (more challenging routes); top-rope only unless otherwise indicated by the instructor.

Age: from 12 years and up (minors must be accompanied).

Weather: activity subject to weather conditions/rock humidity; rescheduling is possible.

Accessibility: good balance and mobility on uneven terrain are required.

Languages: Italian (English upon request).

Extras: photos/videos (upon request)

Any psychophysical issues (e.g., generic: vertigo, heart disease, asthma, phobias, etc.) must be reported in advance. It will be the host's responsibility to verify feasibility for the individual routes.

If you have your own climbing shoes and chalk, please bring them.

It is mandatory to follow the briefing and safety instructions; helmet must be worn at all times while at the base of the wall.
