Location: selected crags in the Palizzi area; meeting point communicated upon confirmation.

Levels: beginner (introduction + first routes) / advanced (more challenging routes); top-rope only unless otherwise indicated by the instructor.

Age: 12 years and up (minors must be accompanied).

Weather: activity subject to weather/rock moisture conditions; rescheduling possible.

Accessibility: good balance and mobility on uneven ground are required.

Languages: Italian (English upon request).

Any psychophysical issues (e.g., general: vertigo, heart disease, asthma, phobias, etc.) must be reported in advance. The host will assess feasibility for individual routes.

Mandatory:

• Comfortable technical clothing

• Water (min. 1–1.5 L)

• Trekking shoes

• Light windproof/rain jacket

Mandatory to follow safety briefing and instructions; helmet must always be worn at the base of the crag.

In case of non-compliance with safety regulations, the instructor may stop the activity.

Upon request, provided at no extra cost: photos, climbing shoes, chalk, and equipment.

If you have your own climbing shoes and chalk, bring them.

Insurance is excluded and costs €50 per day, to be paid on the day of the experience
