A unique experience suspended in the wind above one of the most picturesque natural landscapes in Calabria: the Sila plateau and its National Park. Onboard a hot air balloon, you will fly transported by the wind above centuries-old forests, lush valleys, and silvery rivers, discovering from above one of the most important natural systems in Southern Italy. The flight takes place in the early hours of the morning, when the air is more stable and the light of dawn illuminates the great Sila woods, offering spectacular views.

Experience Program

• Meeting in the take-off area near the Sila National Park

• Briefing with the pilot and preparation of the hot air balloon: you will witness the inflation of the balloon, the great flare of the burner, and the moment when the hot air balloon slowly rises.

• Take-off and scenic flight of about 1 hour, during which you will fly over the Sila plateau, recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve for its extraordinary biodiversity.
