What to bring: hiking shoes, light jacket, water; for the spa, swimsuit.

Tips: avoid alcohol before the sauna and hot tub; after trekking there is a short break before entering the spa.

Accessibility/terrain: forest path with natural ground and gentle slopes; spa area on lawn/wooden platforms. Not fully accessible to those with reduced mobility.

Weather: the activity is weather-dependent; in case of persistent rain, a postponement or alternative will be proposed.
