An itinerary through the ghost villages of Aspromonte, where ruins, nature, and the memory of the Greeks of Calabria coexist in the same landscape. A journey among isolated places and ancient abandoned paths, reached first by dirt road and then on foot, within a territory that still preserves a strong sense of historical presence.
Start experience
Departure by Jeep through remote areas of the park, among slopes and secondary trails. The approach allows you to reach the most isolated areas and prepare for entry into the ghost villages.
Key moment
On-foot exploration of abandoned villages along ancient silent paths. The stops unfold among stone walls, residential remains, and traces of the culture of the Greeks of Calabria, with historical accounts and narrative pauses that piece together the memory of the places.
Return
Lunch break with local typical dishes included and continuation of the itinerary in the afternoon with additional stops and stories. Final return by Jeep with a complete reading of the area through nature and layered history.
