Route: round trip on the same trail; natural terrain (dirt, gravel, wet/slippery sections).

Technical details: ~3 hours total on site; D+ ~200 m; approximate distance 4–6 km.

Tips: swimsuit and small towel for an optional swim; dry change of clothes recommended.

Safety: watch your step on wet rocks and stream banks; swimming only in suitable conditions and at the guide's discretion.

Seasonality: recommended in spring/early autumn; morning departure in summer.

Accessibility: not suitable for reduced mobility.

Extras: typical lunch in a farmhouse on request (not included).

Any psychophysical conditions (e.g. general: vertigo, heart disease, asthma, phobias, etc.) must be reported in advance. The guide will verify the feasibility for individual routes.
