What will you do
A short hike in Aspromonte to the Skìccio delle Cateratte, through stream, woods and small natural gorges. A quick but immersive route, where water takes center stage and the landscape changes continuously in just a few steps.
Start experience
Departure from the village of Piminoro with a scenic descent toward the valley. The trail alternates between open stretches and passages through the woods, gradually introducing the stream setting.
Key moment
Arrival at the Skìccio delle Cateratte, with stops among clear pools, smooth rocks and little waterfalls. Time dedicated to a break, a refreshing swim (weather permitting) and the slow enjoyment of the landscape.
Return
Return along the same route toward Piminoro, with the option to continue with a typical lunch at a farmhouse upon request, or end the experience with a direct return to the cars.
What you need to know
Any psychophysical issues (e.g. general: dizziness, heart diseases, asthma, phobias, etc...) should be reported in advance. It will be the guide's responsibility to verify the feasibility for the individual routes.
