What will you do
A hands-on experience among nature, harvesting, and distillation to create your personalized essential oil starting directly from the local plants: in Stalettì you will discover the world of essential oils together with a professional herbalist, learning to recognize herbs, harvest them sustainably, and transform them through a real distillation process.
Start experience
The day begins with a convivial welcome and an introduction to the world of aromatic herbs and their distillation potential. Together with the herbalist, you will then set off on a guided walk along the trails of Stalettì, learning to recognize the most suitable plants, the correct harvesting times, and sustainable techniques to preserve their regeneration.
Key moment
After lunch break, you will move into the practical phase of distillation: preparing the herbs, loading the still, and observing the entire steam-distillation process. You will actively participate all the way through to the collection and bottling of the final product, creating your own personalized essential oil.
Return
The experience concludes with an overview of the uses, value, and quality of essential oils, leaving you not only with new practical skills but also with your own essential oil, made from the herbs gathered during the day.
