Introduction to the tools and basics of pyrography: how the pyrograph works, how to prepare the wood, and how to transfer the design onto the surface.

You will try the fundamental techniques — strokes, fills, and shading — by creating your own item (bookmark, name tag, magnet, or keychain) with constant guidance throughout the activity.
