A relaxing experience

I really liked the atmosphere and the professionalism of the guide. The forest is wonderful and the route is suitable for everyone. Personally, I would have dedicated even more time to the meditation exercises, but overall it was an experience that I would gladly do again.

Much more than a walk in the woods

I thought it was just a simple walk, but instead, it was a deeply relaxing experience. The proposed practices really help to slow down and listen to nature in a new way. Meeting the Gentle Giant was the most exciting moment of the day.

Three hours that do you good

I came out of the woods with a sense of calm that I hadn't felt in a long time. The experience is well-guided, without ever being forced, and allows you to experience the forest with different eyes. The centuries-old chestnut tree is truly impressive. I recommend this activity to anyone who needs to unplug.

A gift for mind and body

It was one of the most unique experiences I have ever had. No rush, no noise, just the woods and time to breathe. The Gentle Giant radiates an incredible presence and makes the journey even more meaningful. I returned home much more peaceful than when I left.

Sila experienced in a different way

I often visit the mountains, but I had never experienced them like this. Walking slowly, listening to the sounds of the forest, and stopping in front of a five-hundred-year-old tree completely changes your perspective. It is a simple activity, but it leaves behind something that lasts even after you return.

Must try at least once

An activity different from the usual excursions, ideal for those who want to slow down and spend a few hours immersed in nature. The guide is well-prepared and manages to create a very pleasant atmosphere. I thought there would be a bit more walking, but I still appreciated the slow pace and the contact with the forest. The Gentle Giant (Il Gigante Buono) truly deserves to be seen up close.
