Description

Description

The bath in the forest (from Japanese Shinrin-Yoku, also known as forest bathing) is a practice that invites you to slow down, breathe, and rediscover your connection with nature. In this experience in Sila Piccola, you will have the opportunity to live an authentic moment of wellness immersed in the woods.

The journey includes relaxation and mindfulness exercises conducted by an experienced guide, who will accompany you to discover how the sounds, colors, and fragrances of the forest can regenerate body and mind.

During the experience, you will meet the “Gentle Giant”, a centuries-old chestnut tree about 500 years old, with a trunk over 8 meters in circumference. Considered a true natural temple, this tree has nourished the local community for generations by providing chestnut flour that replaced wheat during times of scarcity.

A day that combines wellness, nature, and culture: an invitation to slow down and listen to the stories that the forest has kept for centuries.
