Description

Monte Tre Pizzi is one of the most beautiful balconies of the Ionian Aspromonte: from the summit, the view stretches out to the sea and, on the clearest days, embraces a good part of the Reggio coastline.

We will depart from the location A Fimmina and ascend via a round trip of about 4 km and 300 meters of positive elevation gain: a natural trail, with no technical passages, but requiring a minimum level of training for the ascent.
Once at the top, a panoramic stop and observation of the landscape. Return on the same route.

In the afternoon, the experience continues with a meeting dedicated to Caciocavallo cheese from Ciminà (Slow Food Presidio), at a partner structure/company: a story about the product, traditional processing, and a small guided tasting.

This is an opportunity to combine nature and the culinary culture of the area in a single day.
