Foraging is an activity that teaches you to see nature with new eyes, discovering what grows spontaneously among woods and clearings. In this experience in Sila Piccola, you will learn to recognize and gather fruits, herbs, and flowers, guided by expert knowledge of the territory.

During the walk, in addition to botanical recognition, we will explore the culinary and medicinal properties of the gathered plants. An opportunity to get closer to ancient traditions and to rediscover a direct connection with the environment.
