What will you do
More than just a cooking class: a hands-on workshop to literally get your hands into Calabrian tradition, learning to prepare fresh egg pasta according to gestures and techniques passed down over time. In the village of Cleto, among ancient grains, manual skill, and conviviality, you will enjoy a slow and genuine experience that ends by savoring what you have prepared with your own hands.

Start experience
The experience begins at Locanda Il Tempo with an introduction to ancient grains and the raw ingredients used in local tradition. Each participant will have an individual workstation complete with equipment, learning to measure ingredients and work the dough strictly by hand.

Key moment
Guided step by step, you will transform the dough into a pasta sheet until you make the traditional maccarruni petramalisi, discovering techniques, craftsmanship, and small secrets of local cuisine. During the workshop, there is also a convivial aperitif that accompanies the preparation time.

Return
The experience concludes at the table with a shared lunch or dinner, tasting the pasta prepared during the workshop along with other local specialties. A simple and authentic moment, where the pleasure of cooking together becomes part of the experience itself.
