The experience begins with the presentation of the chosen theme and ingredients. Tappatumi introduces the basic techniques, explaining steps, timing, and small tips that make all the difference, in an informal atmosphere designed to get hands-on right away.

If you choose Calabrian zeppole, you will work on the dough, proofing times, frying, and shaping to achieve a balance between crispness and softness.
If you choose traditional pasta, you will follow the dough-making, resting, rolling out, and preparation of the typical shapes, with guidance on cooking and seasonings.

Throughout the preparation, Tappatumi accompanies you step by step with explanations, hands-on practice, and insights into home cooking.
