Dough in hand, family stories, and the scent of wheat: in this lesson, you will learn the typical Calabrian formats (e.g. fileja, tagliatelle, maccheroni al ferretto), from the dough to the rolling, up to cooking and seasoning. The atmosphere is that of home: shared table, slow gestures, practical tips that can be replicated even without machinery.
A grandmother-pasta maker with over 50 years of practice passed down in the family awaits you: patient, precise, and welcoming.


What you will do

  • Lesson on homemade pasta: you will prepare the dough and make tagliatelle or other formats guided step by step.

  • Walk in the garden: a short tour among flowers and animals of the house to learn about local herbs, vegetables, and curiosities.

  • Shared lunch: we cook and taste together what has been prepared (water and 1 beverage included).

  • Rolling/cutting techniques and use of the “ferretto.”

  • Cooking, simple seasonings, and how to recreate everything at home.
