What will you do

A homemade pasta lesson where the gestures of Calabrian tradition are learned directly at the table, amid kneading, family stories, and the scent of wheat. Guided by a grandmother pasta maker with over 50 years of experience, you will enter a kitchen that follows the slow rhythms of home, where each shape is born from manual skill and attention to detail.

Start experience

Welcome and introduction to the basic dough: proportions, resting times, and the first steps to shape the pasta according to Calabrian tradition.

Key moment

You will make tagliatelle and typical shapes such as fileja or maccheroni al ferretto, following step by step the rolling out, cutting, and manual techniques. The work is accompanied by practical guidance and small tips handed down in the family.

Return

Short walk in the garden of the house among herbs, vegetables and local curiosities, followed by a convivial lunch in which you taste what has been prepared, in a simple and shared moment.
And don’t forget the gift! Before saying goodbye, you will receive an illustration dedicated to Calabria, designed as a memento of the experience.
