After a brief introduction to history, raw materials, and techniques, you will witness the preparation of the Tartufo and immediately move on to practice: with gloves on, you will create your own truffle following the instructions of the host, from the core to the coating.
The session concludes with a guided tasting to capture aromas and textures. You will return home with replicable tips and a new awareness of the “why” this gelato has become an icon.
