Welcome to the estate and the start of the guided tasting experience, with an introduction to the products and the philosophy of the local supply chain. An initial moment dedicated to discovering the flavors and the cultural context that creates them.

Tasting of typical specialties: capocollo, soppressata, soft and hard cheeses, Calabrian friselle, preserves in oil and vinegar, accompanied by the house red wine. During the experience, the guide explains their origins, processing methods, and pairings, offering a complete interpretation of each tasting and its connection with the local area.
Return
Closing with a traditional dessert: homemade biscuits paired with Greco di Bianco DOC. A finale that highlights the sweetness of local tradition and leaves room for conviviality, making the experience ideal for groups and families.
