An authentic Calabrian cooking experience, told directly in the estate and accompanied by locally produced wines. After a brief introduction among the vineyards, tasting room or dedicated spaces, the tasting and pairing journey will begin.
You can choose at the time of booking between two options:

1. Sea route (Fish menu)

   • Sea appetizer

   • First course: spaghetti with clams and mussels or zucchini and shrimp risotto

   • Main course: mixed fried fish or mixed grilled fish

     • Side dish: mixed salad or green salad

   • Seasonal fruit and

   • Dessert with typical cookies paired with Greco di Bianco DOC.

   • In pairing: white wine from the estate.

     
     

2. Land route (Meat menu)

   • Mixed homemade appetizer

   • First course: spaghetti alla scarpara or lasagna

   • Main course: cutlet or stew with potatoes

   • Side dish: green salad or French fries

   • Seasonal fruit and

   • Dessert with typical cookies paired with Greco di Bianco DOC.

   • In pairing: red wine from the estate.

A lunch or dinner of the territory, among conviviality, identity flavors, and pairings designed to enhance each course.
