What will you do
A journey through vineyards, cellar and tasting to truly understand how a Calabrian wine is born. Unlike a simple tasting, here you will enter the process: from the rows of vines to winemaking, up to the guided tasting of local labels accompanied by local products, in an authentic setting nestled in the hills of Caulonia.
Start experience
The visit begins among the rows of vines surrounding the estate, where you will discover the vine’s life cycle, the characteristics of the terroir, and the role of the climate in defining the identity of the local wines, accompanied by the guide’s commentary.
Key moment
You will enter the cellar to closely observe the stages of winemaking and aging, before concluding with a guided tasting of wines accompanied by typical local products, learning to recognize aromas, characteristics, and differences among the labels.
Return
The experience concludes among the vineyards of the Caulonia countryside, with a more concrete understanding of the connection between the land, production, and the culture of Calabrian wine.
