Description
An engaging and educational journey, entirely free, to closely learn about the tuna supply chain within the Callipo facility: from the arrival of the raw material to processing, all the way to the final packaging. The visit traverses the authorized departments of the production site, where the staff illustrates processes, quality standards, and hygiene protocols.
After the welcome and a brief safety briefing, the group follows an itinerary that allows them to observe the main phases (selection, preparation, filling of jars, and final checks), highlighting the blend of artisanal care and industrial organization, a result of a tradition passed down for over 110 years.
The experience is designed for groups, schools, and enthusiasts of corporate culture: an opportunity to understand the value of tradition, quality procedures, and food traceability.
At the end, there will be a moment for questions and further insights with the guide.
