A circular hike in the heart of the Pollino National Park, discovering one of the most significant natural sites in the area: Monte Sparviere (1,713 m), a peak that overlooks the village of Alessandria del Carretto, known for its ancient traditions.
The route traverses authentic mountain environments, among scenic ridges, high-altitude pastures, and the extraordinary Acereta of Monte Sparviere, an ancient forest of exceptional botanical interest.

What is necessary
It is necessary to follow the instructions of the Guide.
Required clothing and equipment: layered clothing suitable for the climate, with protective clothing for windy and/or rainy weather (k-way and/or poncho), waterproof trekking shoes or boots [NO sneakers], water bottle and water (2L), snacks and packed lunch, hat, trekking poles, sunscreen, sunglasses.
Dogs are not allowed on this excursion. Any physical problems or conditions should be communicated to the guide before confirming the experience.
A minimum level of training is required to undertake this excursion.
