Description
A dive into the magic of Bosco Archiforo, one of the 40 destinations in the world highlighted by immunologist Quing Li for the practice of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing), a silvo-therapeutic practice of reconnecting with nature to regain inner well-being, the earliest studies of which date back to Japan in the 1970s.
Among monumental beech trees and majestic white firs (Calabrian ecotype), along the waterways and stone paths, lies an ideal place to rediscover harmony with nature and oneself.
The forest, deeply connected to the local community that protects it, is also a place of natural knowledge: the Calabrian white fir is a valuable and long-lived ecotype; the area is home to specimens of exceptional size that narrate the forestry history of the territory.
One returns with a sense of lightness and grounding, carrying with them practices that can be replicated in daily life.
