What will you do
An itinerary in Aspromonte toward the Mundu and Galasia waterfalls, among natural canyons, humid forest and walls carved by water. An intense route where the geological force of the area becomes a direct experience, among waterfalls, mists and relict vegetation.
Start experience
Descent along a hillside path that quickly leads into the heart of the valley. The route alternates wooded stretches and views over the stream, with a gradual approach to the damp environment of the waterfalls.
Key moment
Exploration of the Galasia and Mundu waterfalls, with observation of the different cascades and rock formations shaped by erosion. The most immersive point is the front of the main waterfall, where spray and the sound of the water define the sensory experience.
Return
Ascent along the same route with a reverse reading of the landscape. The return journey allows for a more conscious observation of the canyon structure and the signs of erosion, until returning to the starting point.

Best period: late spring–early autumn; avoid after heavy rains
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
Presence of slippery/exposed sections and fords; not recommended in case of recent rains
Children only if accustomed to walking on uneven terrain (accompanied)
