A trek in Aspromonte toward the Cascatelle dell’Amore, a hidden corner among dense woods and clear waterways. A short but immersive route, where the landscape takes shape step by step among beech trees, firs, and small cascades.
Start experience
Departure from the Tre Limiti locality, the meeting point between Santo Stefano in Aspromonte, Reggio Calabria, and Roccaforte del Greco. The trail immediately enters the woods among beech and fir trees, following the course of the streams.
Key moment
I walk along cart tracks and forest paths to the Cascatelle dell’Amore, set in a cool, unspoiled environment. Extended stop to experience the place, listen to the water, and observe the system of small waterfalls and natural pools.
Return
Return along the same route or forest variants, with arrival expected around lunchtime. It is possible to arrange lunch at a typical restaurant upon request, to conclude the experience among nature and local flavors.
